To Do List

Things I need to do:

Read Atlas Shrugged (hmm, I wonder who suggested this)
Read Harry Potter book(s) (any suggestions for starters, folks?)
Finish reading The DaVinci Code and Treason (I’m not completely convinced that Ann Coulter isn’t a female Bill O’Reilly, and thus a target of my hatred. I still like her because she seems much more intelligent than O’Reilly, but time will tell if her vitriol is senseless and stupid like his.)
Get a job. This one is the most important, but I have no idea when it will happen. If anyone needs my resume, you can find it at garrettvonk.com
Brush and floss more. Yup, that’s what they tell me… I still have a headache from the drill, so it must be true.
Visit my parents. They’ve lived in their new house in Jupiter, Florida, for 2 weeks now and I still have yet to crash their party and track dirt on their floors. It’s bound to happen eventually.
Go camping. Hopefully, this will happen this weekend, since it’s a 3-day weekend and all.

You’ve really got to start with the first Harry Potter book. It’s a little less exciting than the other four, but they go in order, and if you read them out of order you end up spoiling youself (more than you’re spoiled already from reading my journal, even) and missing parts of the backstory, etc.

    But regardless–read Atlas Shrugged first.

And, damn. Wish I had the time to go camping.

I am going camping this weekend, if by camping you mean staying in my nice cool apartment, sleeping late, playing on the computer and watching tv. Btw, I think Ann Coulter is MUCH MUCH better than Bill O’Reilly. I havent read any of treason, but from reading her columns and Slander, it appears that her “vitriol” is not “senseless and stupid” like O’Reilly’s. I used to like O’Reilly until I saw his special about rap music and stuff on TV where he kept saying the Rappers are responsible for the violence there music causes. That was the first time I went “jeez Bill, i thought you believe in personal resposiblity, not blaming problems on someone else” there have been many more instances since that which have decreased my opinion of him even more, but that was the first. Coulter has never done anything to make me dislike her.
