Yeah, but what’s bizarre is that it’s NOT a USF, it literally just reads “MARTA Tax”… Maybe it’s something special that just the cable company has to pay. I’m apparently the first person to mention it on the internet, so maybe it’s new.

Seriously? That is pretty crazy - maybe the state somehow taxed them and they passed it onto customers a la universal service fund.
